Facebook Ads Funnel Expert for 3-Day Trial (Performance-Based, ROAS-Driven)

We are a fast-scaling Facebook Ads agency that specializes in full-funnel and performance-based advertising for eCommerce brands.

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced freelancer who can deliver results — not excuses.

This is a paid 3-day trial project to identify long-term collaborators. If you can show proof of performance, you'll be considered for a 90-day contract with performance incentives.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Day 1: Strategy & Planning

Analyze our product/offer + landing page

Suggest targeted cold + warm audience segments

Draft ad creatives (hooks, copy, visual idea direction)

Propose a 3-layer retargeting funnel

Recommend funnel optimizations

Day 2: Campaign Build

Set up cold, warm, and retargeting ad campaigns (or mock setups)

Provide testing structure and performance benchmarks

Suggest ROAS, CPC, CTR goals

Day 3: Reporting & Optimization

Analyze test results or mock metrics

Recommend scale/kill strategy

Final report with next steps for optimization

Requirements:
Must have proven experience generating 3x+ ROAS with FB Ads

Ability to build and manage full ad funnels

Strong skills in creative strategy, retargeting, and offer building

Must understand mirror marketing and advanced targeting

Should be results-obsessed, communicative, and fast-moving
