Experienced Marketing Manager

About us:
We are a young and ambitious team with 4+ years of experience in online marketing and e-commerce. We mainly focus on helping others become independent online entrepreneurs as well.
With our team of 15 people we recently started a new project and therefore we would like to hire an experienced Marketing Manager for the extent of one month and maybe for a longer timespan if mutually agreeable.
Skills & Experience:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with proven interest in entrepreneurship, management and cryptocurrency amongst others. You have a track record with at least three years of experience as a Marketing Manager and are not afraid to work late nights due to an international community and team.
For this first month we are looking for someone who is willing to focus full time on this project with us in order to meet the product launch deadline at any cost. This also means being prepared to work flexible hours instead of fixed hours per day.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the total marketing output
- Making the marketing plan and keeping an overview of the marketing plan
- Overview the output of the marketing
- Facilitating the marketing team
- Overseeing the marketing is executed correctly in time and monitors the progress of the plan.
- Having a marketing plan and knowing how to execute it.
- Overseeing the input and output of the marketing
- Giving Feedback to Project owner/COO
