We are seeking a proficient telemarketer from India to help convert 500 B2B retail shop leads for our lead generation business. Your main responsibilities will include calling the provided leads, introducing our services, and building relationships with potential retailers and business owners.\n\nRequirements:\n- Based in India.\n- Prior experience in telemarketing or cold calling, especially in the retail or manufacturing sector.\n- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.\n- Ability to meet targets: Successfully connecting at least 100 of the 500 provided leads to our client.\n- Must maintain accurate records of calls and provide updates or a final report on outcomes.\n\nScope of Work:\n- Call 500 provided leads to introduce our B2B services aiming to connect at least 100 interested parties to our client.\n- Follow up as necessary and record all interactions.\n\nPayment will be based on the successful conversion of at least 100 leads to active interest for our client, within the budget range of INR 800 - 1000.
