Experienced Email Marketing Specialist for B2B Cold Outreach & Client Engagement
Budget: $8 – $15 AUD
JetGlow Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Email Marketing Specialist to manage our B2B cold outreach, warm client engagement, and email list optimization. Your role will be to increase lead conversions, enhance client retention, and systematically optimize our email campaigns through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute cold email outreach campaigns to property managers, aged care facility managers, facility managers, and commercial property owners.
- Implement an automated follow-up system to maximize response rates and lead conversions.
- Create bi-weekly email campaigns for existing clients, incorporating case studies, testimonials, before/after images, seasonal offers, and referral discounts.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and sending times to maximize performance.
- Regularly clean and update the email list to ensure high deliverability and engagement rates.
- Track and analyze email performance metrics, providing weekly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experiment with LinkedIn outreach integration to enhance email campaigns where applicable.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in email marketing, B2B lead generation, and cold outreach campaigns.
- Fluent in English with excellent grammar and writing skills.
- Strong knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Mailshake, HubSpot, etc.).
- Experience with CRM and email tracking platforms to measure performance and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to personalize cold outreach at scale while maintaining efficiency.
- Familiarity with trade businesses (e.g., pressure cleaning, commercial cleaning services) is a huge plus.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.
- A/B testing expertise to improve open rates, response rates, and overall email effectiveness.
