Event Venues & Banquet Halls Industry Consultant – USA (Introductions Required)

Job Description:
We are a growing digital marketing and online reputation management company looking for an industry-connected consultant with existing relationships in the Event Venues & Banquet Halls market in the USA.

This role is NOT for general marketers. We require someone who already knows venue owners and decision-makers and can provide direct warm introductions.

Who You Should Already Know:

Event venue owners / managing partners

Banquet hall owners or general managers

Venue sales managers/event directors

Event venue or hospitality associations

Wedding planners, corporate event planners

Event industry expo or trade show organizers

Your Responsibilities:

Provide a minimum of 10 warm introductions to qualified venue decision-makers

Help arrange Zoom meetings between your contacts and our team

Advice on positioning for:

Google review & reputation management

Digital marketing for weddings & corporate events

NFC cards, QR inquiry & guest feedback systems

Recommend event industry expos, conferences, and associations we should attend or sponsor

Ideal Consultant Profile:

Active relationships in the US event or hospitality industry

Experience working with venues, planners, or associations

Strong understanding of venue bookings, seasonality, and sales cycles

Deliverables:

10 verified warm introductions

Scheduled Zoom calls

Strategic guidance on offers and industry visibility

Payment:
Open to fixed fee or commission-based structure (discussed after verification of connections)
