Email marketing content

I am looking to hire an experienced contractor to create an email marketing campaign for us with the goal of generating leads. We want to reach potential customers- start up founders & other senior management within the system and through this campaign, so we need someone who is familiar with writing content to target this particular audience. We plan on sending out emails once a week, so the contractor should be able to commit to this timeline in order to create effective content.
