Email marketer

My business is looking to launch a new email marketing campaign. The primary purpose of the plan is to generate new leads. We're new to email marketing and are not quite sure who to target our campaigns towards; as such, we are open to suggestions from an experienced freelancer. We would like to send out emails at least once a week, with the frequency potentially increasing if this is successful. The right candidate should be well-versed in email marketing trends, strategies, and software. We need someone who can develop an effective campaign and manage it from start to finish.
