Email Marketing target to my own database! not seo.

Let me explain my project: I am interested only in email marketing, bulk emails! I have my own database of emails, i`m not interested in SEO solutions or reach target audience effectively by google or any other target. This own website is just for our clients, from our database. All emails sent must be delivered in INBOX!
Basically i want to attract customers ( own database ) on my website and want to increase sales.
So, all that i want is to send offers to some email address, named email marketing !
Not interested in long time SEO solutions or reach target audience google.
The mail ID can be random, doesn t matter sender ID because if they are interested in my sale they will access my website.
You can send emails on that database by using any id.
