**Responsibilities:**
* **Prioritize:** Review existing email templates (2 provided below) and identify the **top emails** to focus on first.
* **Optimize & Refine:** Based on your expertise, update and refine the chosen email templates (welcome emails for new clients and providers).
* **Data & Insights:** Collaborate with us to identify key metrics for email success.
* **Future Planning:** Propose additional email automation campaigns and strategies as Groom grows.
**Qualifications:**
* **Solid Foundations:** Experience in email marketing with a focus on building strong foundations for email communication.
* **Attention to Detail:** Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for clarity and brand consistency.
* **Adaptability:** Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
**Compensation:**
* **Milestone-Based:** The project will be divided into **weekly milestones** with payment released upon successful completion of each phase.
* **Competitive Budget:** $20-$60 per week (total project budget: $80-$240)
