Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced and creative Email Marketing Specialist, well versed in email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes to help drive growth. The goal of the role is to increase subscriber growth by launching, managing, and optimizing email campaigns for leads collected through various organic and paid acquisition channels. Responsibilities
- Manage a set of manual and triggered email marketing campaigns
- Build effective target audiences and segments for every message to drive engagement and revenue performance.
- Create and execute A/B tests, manage testing calendar, record results, and advise on improvements.
- Track email marketing trends from competitors inside and outside of our space, gathering insights on best practices and innovative ideas, including audits of how we can acquire new customers.

Requirements
- Working experience as a digital marketing specialist or email marketer with at least one year of experience
- Experience with HTML, CSS
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
