I'm looking for an email marketing expert to help me enhance my Mailchimp setup and improve my email deliverability. The primary focus is to avoid spam filters and ensure my emails reach their intended recipients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and optimise my email marketing infrastructure
- Improve overall email deliverability
- Implement strategies to avoid spam filters

Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Mailchimp, converkit,vertical response, active campaign,zoho etc
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles
- Proven track record of improving email deliverability
- Familiarity with email authentication setup (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Skills in reducing bounce rates
- knowledge of new google/microsoft cold emailing policy (effect in Feb 2024)
