Email Delivery

I'm looking for an email delivery expert to help me with my email campaigns. I'm particularly looking for someone who has experience with both HTML and Text emails - as I'd like to send out both formats. I have an existing audience list to use, but I may need some help with setting up optimal delivery schedules and analyzing which emails result in the best engagement. My one-off campaigns will also require a reliable expert to ensure they reach their desired audience.

The targeted email group will be 500 for this project.
