Email Campaign for Education Platform

I'm looking for a skilled email marketer to craft and send out an introductory email on behalf of my company to over 200 email addresses. The email needs to be personable so we can work together on that. The main goal of this email campaign is to establish partnerships and collaborations with organizations in the education sector.

Our specific target audience is:
