Ecommerce website ad campaign

I have an eCommerce website for which I want to run an ad campaign to increase sales through my website. I want the freelancer to be on top of it all the time, keep tracking the performance and keep tuning the ad campaign on a regular basis based on the reports and analytics of the ad. If the campaign does not show results within 2 weeks, I will consider it to be a bad ad campaign.
