ETSY EXPERT

I am looking for a real ETSY EXPERT, someone that has recommendations and proof of advertising that actually results in sales. I don't need random people clicking and viewing my Etsy store for no purpose, and not rewriting the SEO that doesn't make a different. I need an expert! I have paid a few people already but have not seen results in terms of sales.
