Drive traffic directly to e-commerce stores

I am looking for someone who can drive more traffic to both of my e commerce stores so far we average around 59 sessions a week and we need to increase that to 1,000 a week for both stores. I need someone to grow both Instagram and Twitter following with being blocked for both stores.
