Drive Local Traffic via Google Ads

Earlier my ads was running fine and was getting good leads as well now the issue is when I run ads from my account google says that dont support these type of ads but in google I see many people from Usa running ads on same keywords, so might be country is the issue.

I am looking for someone from Usa who can run ads of my website, payment terms we can discuss easily
