Digital Marketing & Shopify VA Needed

Job Title: Shopify & Digital Marketing VA (Ads, Email, SEO & Shopify Optimization)
Contract: Month-to-Month
Budget: $200–$350/month base pay + $20 commission per sale over $150

About Us:
We’re a growing clothing brand seeking a results-driven VA or freelancer who can manage our Shopify store, run Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns, handle email marketing, and boost our SEO—all aimed at increasing sales and conversions cost-effectively.

Responsibilities:
• Shopify Management:
• Update product listings, descriptions, and images
• Optimize store layout for better conversions (landing pages, upsells, etc.)
• Manage promotions and abandoned cart recovery
• Ad Campaigns:
• Create and manage Facebook/Instagram ads
• Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and retargeting
• SEO:
• Optimize product pages, collections, and blog posts for search engines
• Conduct keyword research and implement technical SEO improvements
• Email Marketing:
• Set up and automate email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase)
• Execute weekly email campaigns and optimize open rates and conversions
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Monitor store performance, ad spend, and ROI to refine strategies

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Shopify (clothing brand experience is a bonus)
• Expertise in Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Strong background in email marketing (experience with Klaviyo, Omnisend, etc.)
• SEO knowledge (on-page, off-page, technical SEO)
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
