Digital Marketing Manager - Ongoing Job (20h a week) for at least 6 months

I am looking for someone to work for me/my project 20h a week.

It is a online plattform for meditation, breathwork and personal development.

I look for someone who is willing to dedicate 20h a week to push the growth of my plattform.

Role:
Digital Marketing manager (Social Media Manager/Content Producer and SEO Opitimizer)

Responsabilty:
Taking over the operative digital marketing work with a startegic outlook. Driving growth.

Tasks and duties:
- Social Media Management/ Marketing: Content creation (posts), hashtag analysis, videos, etc. (especially Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, possibly TIkoTok)
- SEO opitmization and SEA
- Optimizing videos and audios (e.g. Youtube and podcasts)

Skills:
- Good command of English
- Good understaning of relevant SM-plattforms
- Good command of editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite - video, audio, foto)
- Strategic outlook for growth
- Ability to work and think individually and strategically
- possibly transciption work
- Focussed on organic growth
- a genuine interest in meditation/spirituality/personal development definitly would be an advantage.

The outlook with my project growing is a fulltimenjob that will be higher paid, once the job is running well.
