Digital Marketing (Lead generation) for Online Academy

To procure quality leads for a human development online academy. The product is a digital course (body language, public speaking, communication skills etc) that are conducted online (live, not pre recorded). The target is 3000± clients per year.

Apply ONLY IF: you have extensive experience with digital marketing for online courses. Your PRIMARY task is to land leads that convert to paying clients.

What you need to present:
- A roadmap: a plan (steps) to achieve the goal w/ an estimated timeline
- Numbers: base fee, monthly budget (ad spend), CaC (customer acquisition cost), ROI multiple (5x, 10x etc).

This is a long term position as digital marketing specialist with monthly retainer (excluding budget) plus bonus (when/if target is achieved).
