Digital Marketing Campaign - Local Council Elections

We are looking for someone to assist our campaign to promote our team running for the local elections coming up on the 4th of September. We are seeking to run a social media campaign and would like assistance with strategy, posting, placing content and organizing ad placement, and buying keywords.
Experience in political campaigning would be a distinct advantage.
