Digital Marketer Needed

I need a Digital Marketer for these tasks,

- Create and update content on site
- Create social media campaigns/ads
- Optimize website for speed and SEO
- If you know how to write content on site to improve SEO that would be highly preferred.
- Create analytics report and show progress in SEO and ad campaigns.

This is a part time contract job and continuation of this job depends on weather website and SE are being optimized and content is being created and updated as requested.
