Design a marketing plan for a new protein (krill meat) product

We are planning to launch a new Super Food product called Antarctic Krill Meat in the USA . This product is currently only available for sale in the Ukraine and Russia. The Krill are wild caught on our vessel then cleaned , processed and frozen is less than 4 hours .Krill feed only on algae/plankton and contain antioxidant Astaxanthin that is crucial to the healing of the human body along with omegas 3+6 and so many more vitamins and nutrients. Krill has the highest digestible proteins than any other food source available. The Krill market is predominantly controlled by 4 or 5 major players that focus on the highly profitable pharmacological, nutraceutical and most recently pet food market. Krill oil is highly recognized amongst global consumers as being good for your health and well being. Although Krill meat is a great source of protein (22 gm per 100 gram serving) it is unknown to US consumers which we anticipate as the biggest obstacle. Our challenge will be in consumers acceptance of the Krill meat and educating people of the numerous health benefits . We need a Go to Market plan for our group first with E Commerce to follow with retail supermarkets and national restaurant chain that will us e the frozen products to create dishes that usually contain Crab or Lobster (Krill cakes as shown in attached photo, Krill ravioli, Krill Tacos, Krill Sushi, Krill burgers just to name a few. We need guidance on our print media , social media launch, use of influencers, food critics, professional and private chefs that would help propel the Krill to their followers. We would like to have the plan designed to consumers mind set so anyone with (AI) Learning knowledge will be considered We would also like to use the success Krill Oil products have had and present the edible krill as a healthy alternative meal.
