Dart shirt finalised designs

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create 10 custom designs for a range of dart shirts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing original apparel artwork and delivering print-ready, high-resolution, .ai files that can be sent directly to production without further modification.
This role requires strong experience in apparel design, vector artwork, and print production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design multiple dart shirt graphics based on supplied concepts, themes, or briefs
Develop artwork suitable for sublimation or apparel printing
Ensure all designs are vector-based and scalable without loss of quality
Prepare and deliver production-ready files
Supply final artwork in Adobe Illustrator (.ai) format
Apply correct color profiles, layers, and naming conventions as required
Make revisions based on feedback within agreed timelines
Deliverables
High-resolution, print-ready vector files
Editable .ai files with clean paths and organized layers
Files suitable for immediate handoff to manufacturers
Any linked assets outlined or embedded where required
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in apparel or sportswear graphic design
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
Strong understanding of vector artwork, print resolution, and color management
Experience preparing files for commercial garment production
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to follow brand guidelines and production specifications
Nice to Have
Experience designing sports jerseys or dart shirts
Knowledge of sublimation printing processes
Familiarity with apparel templates and sizing layouts.
