We are looking for a professional virtual assistant or agency based in the Philippines to handle:

✅ Phone Answering & Instant Messaging Support

Provide professional English-speaking customer service for our business in Laos.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, and emails from English-speaking foreign customers.
Take messages, handle basic inquiries, and forward important calls.
Expecting 1–2 calls or messages per day.
Available during Laos business hours (or 24/7 if possible).

Manage and optimize Facebook & Google Ads for Bunnasia.com.
Create and schedule social media posts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Handle customer inquiries from ads and convert them into sales.
Improve website traffic and lead generation through online marketing.
Requirements:
✔️ Excellent spoken and written English
✔️ Experience in customer support or call center work
✔️ Marketing experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and social media
✔️ Ability to work independently and provide weekly progress reports
✔️ Experience with e-commerce or food industry marketing (preferred)
✔️ Must provide examples of past marketing work (ads, social media pages, campaigns, etc.).
