Creative Design & Ads Campaign Management for Shopify Store

I am looking for a talented individual to manage both creative design and ad campaign execution for products on my Shopify store. The success of this project will be measured by the number of purchases generated from the ad campaign.

Responsibilities:

Create high-quality, engaging creatives for my Shopify store products.
Set up and manage effective ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
Optimize ad performance to maximize purchases.
Payment Structure:

Base Fee (X): This is the fixed amount you will receive, which covers creative creation and running the ad campaign.
Incentive (X + Y*Z): On top of the base fee, you will earn an incentive for each purchase generated by your ad campaigns.
Y: Number of orders generated.
Z: Incentive amount per order.
Success Criteria:

The campaign will be deemed successful based on the number of purchases achieved through the ad campaign. Your incentive will be tied directly to this success metric.
