Create a Funnel and Google and/or Meta Ads

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a funnel and manage Google and/or Meta ads for my project. The main goal of the funnel is to achieve sales conversion. I prefer to use both Google and Meta platforms for advertisement. I am open to any audience and do not have specific demographics in mind.
