Contact, inform and market badminton tours

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me contact badminton clubs and organizations to inform and market our badminton tours and camps in Indonesia to an international audience. Specifically, I need assistance with email campaigns and building relationships with our potential customers (players). My goal is to increase tour bookings, so I am looking for someone who has experience in creating successful email campaigns that drive conversions.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:

- Email marketing expertise
- Knowledge of best practices for email design and content
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting
- Ability to track and analyze campaign performance
- Understanding of the travel/tourism industry, specifically around sports
