As an owner of a Shopify store with an inventory of over 1000 products, I'm looking for a savvy professional to manage day-to-day operations. This will involve consistent inventory management, providing top-notch customer service, and driving sales through effective marketing and promotions.
- Experience in managing an online store, preferably at least 2-3 years.
- Experience with analytical tools like Baselinker or Prisync for tracking and analysing the performance indicators of an online store
- Inventory Management: The ideal candidate should be adept at managing large product inventories and ensuring all listings are up to date.
- Customer Service: You need to promptly address customer inquiries and complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Marketing and Promotions: We need someone who can drive business growth through innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Expanding on marketplace like Ebay, Amazon
A background in e-commerce, proficient use of Shopify, and exceptional marketing skills are preferred. You must also have a knack for customer service, an eye for detail, and excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in managing large inventories is also desirable.
