We are Integrity Defense Solutions, a US-based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (www.integrity-defense.com). We have a professional and engaging WordPress/Elementor website that was built a year ago, but it is significantly underperforming in search engines.
The #1 Priority: The Google Knowledge Panel.
When you search for our company name, "Integrity Defense Solutions," Google often shows the Knowledge Panel (the placard in the top-right) for a competitor with a similar name. Our primary goal for this project is to fix this and establish our own correct and branded Knowledge Panel.
This is a one-time, comprehensive SEO project to build a strong foundation for our website.
Scope of Work & Key Deliverables:
We need a skilled SEO expert to perform a full audit and execute the following tasks:
- Google Business Profile (GBP) & Knowledge Panel:
- Create, verify, and fully optimize a Google Business Profile for our company.
- Implement all necessary on-site and off-site strategies to ensure our Knowledge Panel appears for our branded search term.
On-Page SEO Optimization:
- Conduct keyword research for our core services.
- Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags (H1, H2, etc.) across the site.
- Optimize existing page content and image alt text for target keywords.
- Improve the site's internal linking structure.
- Technical SEO Audit & Implementation:
Perform a complete technical SEO audit of our WordPress site.
- Create and submit an optimized sitemap.xml.
- Review and refine the robots.txt file.
- Identify and fix any crawl errors or broken links.
- Ensure the website is fully mobile-friendly and analyze site speed for potential improvements.
- Local & Foundational Off-Page SEO:
Build and/or clean up local citations (NAP consistency) across relevant, high-quality online directories to strengthen our brand's online footprint.
To be considered for this project, you must include the following in your proposal:
- A brief mention of your strategy for fixing the Knowledge Panel issue specifically.
- Provide at least two examples or case studies of previous SEO projects you have successfully completed (links to websites you have worked on are highly preferred).
