Comprehensive Multi-Channel Marketing Plan

I'm on the lookout for a marketing expert who has experience working with sole traders and start-ups / small businesses. The business is a private driver / chauffeuring service operated by sole owner. Services offered are private chauffeuring, events, corporate, tours, airport transfers. The target audience are HNW local customers seeking professional chauffuer service; corporate clients looking for transport for their senior employees; international travels arriving into Dublin who want a private driver to transfer from Dublin airport to hotel; tourists seeking private driver for transport and tours in and around Dublin; funerals, weddings, events etc. Therefore the target audience will be local but also include corporate and international customers who would be booking before arriving to Dublin.

We are looking for someone who can pull together a robust and effective marketing plan for a start-up / sole trader who has a good understanding of targeting, traditional media, digital marketing (PPC, SEO, Display, Social, Influencer marketing); who can understand this business, the nascent nature of it, and how to deploy the best and most efficient channel strategy specifically with the goal of increasing conversions.
