Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Acting as a Marketer:
- Marketing and promoting real estate properties to potential clients.
- Managing day-to-day operations to achieve sales goals.

2. Assistance and Education:
- Guiding team members and providing technical assistance and support.
- Conducting training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills of team members.

3. Recruitment of New Members:
- Collaborating in selecting and appointing new team members to expand the team.

4. Establishment of Specialized Team:
- Building and managing a specialized team working in the same marketing field.

5. Report Submission:
- Preparing and presenting regular reports on the team's performance and progress toward sales goals.

6. Ensuring Work Effectiveness:
- Monitoring operations to ensure the team works efficiently and harmoniously.

Compensation:
- Commission starting from $800 for each successful deal.
- A 25% increase in commission for each deal for the team leader.

Salary:
- A salary equivalent to 10% of the team's profits, paid as a bonus every 14 days.
