The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Commissioned Appointment Setter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential business clients to schedule 15-minute discovery calls. Your success will directly contribute to our agency's growth by filling our pipeline with qualified leads. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
Responsibilities:
• Research and identify prospective businesses that could benefit from professional web design services.
• Initiate contact with prospects through cold calls, emails, and/or social media outreach.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our agency and the impact of a strong online presence.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet our ideal client profile.
• Successfully book 15-minute discovery calls for our sales team.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospecting activities and scheduled appointments in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
Ability to make at minimum 20 cold calls per day.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ability to build rapport and engage potential clients.
Self-disciplined, persistent, and driven to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
Familiarity with web design or digital marketing is a plus.
Reliable internet connection and smartphone
Compensation:
This is a commission-only position. You will earn $200+ for every client that you successfully book a discovery call with and subsequently signs a contract for our web design services.
