We're seeking a technical expert in email outreach to assist us in reaching out to bloggers and influencers while ensuring optimal deliverability and avoiding blacklisting. If you have experience in email marketing and deliverability management, we want to hear from you! Technical Requirements: Email Authentication: Implement SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication protocols to enhance email deliverability and prevent spoofing and phishing attempts. IP Reputation Management: Monitor and manage our email server's IP reputation to maintain a positive sender reputation and avoid being flagged as spam by ISPs. Email List Hygiene: Implement practices for maintaining a clean and engaged email list, including regular list scrubbing, removing inactive subscribers, and handling bounce-backs and spam complaints. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant email regulations, including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other international laws, to prevent legal issues and maintain ethical email practices. Email Server Configuration: Optimize our email server configuration for maximum deliverability, including proper SMTP settings, throttling, and IP warm-up procedures. Blacklist Monitoring and Remediation: Implement tools and processes for monitoring our email server's presence on blacklists and take prompt action to remove any listings if detected.
