Cold Email Outreach Specialist Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I’m looking for a skilled cold email outreach specialist who can help plan, launch, and manage outbound campaigns using Instantly or similar platforms. My email domain is already set up with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC, and inbox warming is complete. Your main focus will be creating and running effective outreach campaigns that get replies.
What You’ll Do:
• Set up and manage cold outreach campaigns using Instantly (or similar tools like Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.)
• Upload and segment lead lists based on target industries and job titles
• Write or refine personalized email sequences (with A/B testing if needed)
• Monitor open rates, reply rates, bounce rates, and inbox reputation
• Suggest improvements to messaging, targeting, or scheduling
• Keep track of campaign performance in a structured format (Google Sheets or CRM)
Requirements:
• Proven experience running cold email campaigns using Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, etc.
• Good understanding of B2B outreach and email personalization
• Ability to write clear and effective outreach messages
• Knowledge of cold email best practices (e.g. avoiding spam filters, optimizing subject lines)
• Experience analyzing campaign data to improve results
Other skills:
• Familiarity with lead scraping tools like Apollo or other list-building platforms
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Notion)
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach or multi-channel campaigns
