Cold Email Marketing Specialist Needed

I am seeking a skilled Cold Email Marketing expert to oversee a comprehensive email campaign targeting businesses in Ireland for our IT agency. The project involves extracting 100,000 business emails using https://gmapsextractor.com/, utilizing https://quickmail.com/ for sending, and managing the entire process over a span of three months, with the aim of sending out 33,000 unique emails each month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Extraction: Identifying and extracting potential leads, with a split between those with email only, those with a website and phone only(phone only be different project down the line)
- Email Campaign Management: Crafting and sending tailored emails to different client niche segments.
- Industry Targeting: Potentially utilizing different email scripts tailored to different industries, with minor adjustments to suit each one.
Client Segmentation:
- Clients with email only: Standard email offering a website package.
- Clients with a website: More modern/optimization/speed improvements, SEO free audit, etc.
- Using a ChatGPT code we create, you will edit emails for different niches in a span of 5 minutes.
The budget for this project covers the entirety of the work from start to finish over the three-month period, including data extraction and monthly management. Please note, at this stage, the specific industries or niches to be targeted, as well as the specific offers for each client segment, have not been determined.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Expertise in cold email marketing
- Proficiency in data extraction tools
- Experience with email campaign platforms like QuickMail
- Ability to tailor content for different client segments
- Familiarity with using AI tools for content editing
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Must have outstanding knowledge of using unique inboxes to get emails delivered to bypass junk email. This will invole using wrapup set up via Quickmail and understanding there be 20 inboxes set up with 200 email per inbox per day for 6k max per inbox per month. If you don't understand how this works and never done this before do not apply!
