Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize ad campaigns across: • Meta (Instagram/Facebook) • LinkedIn • Etsy • Pinterest • Reddit • Google Ads (potential)
Distribute and optimize budget allocation across platforms
Create and test ad copy and targeting strategies
Track ROI and adjust strategies accordingly
Provide monthly performance reports
Required Skills:
Proven experience managing micro-budgets effectively ($300-1000/month)
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Understanding of B2C and B2B ad targeting
Experience with e-commerce advertising (Etsy experience is a big plus)
Knowledge of Reddit advertising mechanics
Ability to create engaging ad copy for different platforms
