Campaign Promotion of niche product

I have a niche product that I would like to be heavily promoted, for a week only to the U.S. I do not have an ad manager for facebook or IG, etc... I need someone that is creative, to do a campaign to promote my new glassware to millions of people, that will result in sales. Depending if I find the right promoter, we may be able to work out a longer period of time or a schedule to market new products. Please provide a detail plan on how you would drive traffic to my shopify store and promote my product to the masses. Primarily using facebook, ig, youtube, and other social media.
