Opportunity to work with a high profile public figure and celebrity of a prominent Chinese noble family. The client is an looking for a rockstar digital marketing expert, public relations and personal lifestyle manager to relieve his busy work life, public and personal life. You will help the client by handling reputation management, public liaison and communication with the celebrity's fanbase, partner companies and media agencies. You will spearhead the personal branding/multi-channel instagram growth strategy, execute and manage the social media marketing campaign, along with miscellaneous personal tasks, including but not limited to, providing guest service, conducting internet research, information sourcing, vacation planning and private event planning.

Work schedule: 5 days per week, 3-4 hours per day

Duties include:

- Prepare multi-channel social media growth strategy, professional marketing plan and campaign execution and management
- Handle inquiries via e-mail and other platforms
- Handle calls via Skype dialer (no dialer provided)
- Perform internet search on the web to locate information and make recommendations
- Assist in booking appointments and scheduling events
- Reply to guests/assigned contacts within 24 hours
- Be ON CALL and reply to the client within 30 minutes between an agreed period of time
- Additional duties if required



Specific Requirements:

- You must grow the visitors, followers and interest in the Client's social media profiles, personal websites, social media presence, and overall personal brand awareness.
- Organize the project goals, timelines, and tasks
- Keep the project moving forward without prodding from the Client
- Report to the Client at the beginning and end of work (daily)
- Provide weekly report on project progress against goals, with key metrics & statistical data


The candidate must:
- Exceptional guest service etiquette, extraordinarily polite and respectful to the VIP client (a public figure, aristocrat and celebrity)
- Be willing to receive training on proper high-end Chinese service etiquette and mentor new household staff of the noble family
- Be able to read, speak and write Mandarin Chinese and English
- Educational background OR expertise in marketing (Required) and digital/social media marketing (Preferred)
- Proven track record in digital/social media marketing (Preferred though not required)
- Virtual Assistant experience (Preferred though not required)
