Business Outsourcing Partner for Online Game Expansion in China(中国市场线上游戏拓展业务外包合作伙伴招募)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
Description:
We are preparing to expand our online game service into the Chinese market and are looking for a reliable outsourcing partner to support this process.
This role will focus on building local teams, recruiting partners, and supporting business promotion/operations in China.
Main Responsibilities:
Assist in recruiting local talent and partners (including promoter-type roles)
Support promotional activities through local online channels (WeChat, Douyin, QQ, groups, etc.)
Help with initial user acquisition and growth strategies
Cooperate on payment and settlement processes
Maintain regular communication with our HQ team
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment, promotion, or sales in China
Strong network and familiarity with Chinese online communities
Prior outsourcing or project management experience preferred
Basic communication in English or Korean
Preferred:
Skilled in WeChat, Douyin, QQ, or other Chinese SNS platforms
Experience managing teams or local partners
Open to long-term cooperation
Compensation:
Base project fee (to be discussed)
Additional performance-based incentives
