Bulk Whatsapp Messaging

I need to do whatsapp marketing to 100K contacts. Different ads and different quantity of contacts are there. So I want someone who can do whatsapp marketing for a good price. We are a recruitment and study abroad company. The ads will be based on that. Almost 99% of the contacts are from India. So, please quote me a price for sending 1000 whatsapp messages. If you have a good whatsapp package you can recommend that also. But I have to get a sample to test. you have to message to atleast 500 whatsapp contacts, as anyone can send 256 whatsapp messages using broadcast option. Also I have to get the reply in my number.
Note : I don't want anyone who is biding for 100K contacts. Because I don't want that. I have different ads, different contact lists, different type of people whom I want to contact. So please Bid for 1000 messages or if you are that confident we will talk but you should prove it.
