Building a team of skilled computer/operator(digital assist))

I need 40 students I am trying to launch an Agency that offers E-commerce businesses marketing services This job is for those that the US dollar has high value and people that just need some extra work right now, but could lead to future jobs and bonuses. My team now is now doing lead generation to attract new clients. They are paid a little over $1 an hour until this business takes off and are happy, so this job is not for everyone.
