Building an Online Community from Scratch (Organic Marketing)

This project is regarding a new online message board related to Gambling.
It is an open forum to discuss about Casinos, Poker, Sports Betting and related topics.
The forum runs on latest XenForo Software. Everything from installation and setup is already complete. The website is ready and online.
What we require is a Team to take over the forum and organically build the Community.
The work involved would be as follows:
- Posting new content (on related topics like Gambling News etc) to the forum on regular basis to make it active.
- Inviting (without spamming) like-minded users who might be interested to join and participate in the forum.
- Finding out and removing all SPAM posted in the forum.
- Promoting the forum through Organic SEO and Social Media Marketing.
- Advertise the forum wherever possible (online or offline) to make it popular.
Our target is to create the most popular forum for online gamblers to meet and discuss with other like minded members.
Unlike other forums, there will be no ads in this forum, which might give the members a better user-experience.
The goal is to create an open and useful community without bombing the members with full of advertisements.
You are NOT required to manage the web site or database.
Those things are already handled by our back-end technical team.
All you are required to do is run the forum and grow the community organically.
