Build an online sales funnel that gets people to buy my pies

I have a food delivery service based online. I need you to run ads on social media for me. I have a decent following so I’m looking to retarget those people as well as a way to get cookies on my website and retarget those visitors with offers. I also have an email list that I can use as well as just targeting new potential customers

I need:
- landing page
- attractive copyright for my ad with the main selling points for my pies
- a way to collect information for my email marketing list.
