We are searching for a Head of Digital Marketing in a Fintech project for 6+ months

What we have now:
- 3 projects ( 2 forex and 1 crypto) that need leads
- a tracker to see all the analytics needed
- our team

What we want you to do:
- to bring leads in Forex and Crypto signals niche
- to test Facebook, telegram, and Instagram channels to bring more leads
- to search for new leads channels
- to try out the promos to bring more leads to our web-page
- to manage the team, to develop them, and hire new teammates

What we expect from you:
- a Russian-speaking person
- having a successful experience of managing the digital marketing team
- having a successful experience of bringing the lead in hard to advertise niches such as bets, Forex, and Cryptocurrency

What we offer:
- Salary of 130 000 - 190 000 RUB / month
