Brazilian local assistant for finding affiliate

We are an eCommerce B2C platform soon launching into the Brazilian market and we are looking for a local assistant who can help us find affiliates and liase with influencers who can sell our products on pay per sale basis (commission). We are looking for a consistent part time workers on a basis + commission structure. Fluent communication and reporting weekly on the progress and tasks done are most desired.
