We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist with expertise in non-paid promotional strategies, specifically targeting the weight loss and fat loss industry. The ideal candidate will focus on generating high-quality leads through organic marketing channels such as social media, content creation, and community engagement. You will leverage platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media outlets to attract potential clients without relying on paid advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement organic lead generation strategies across social media platforms to engage and attract potential weight loss clients.
- Create compelling and engaging content (videos, posts, challenges, etc.) for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube that resonates with the weight loss community.
-Optimize social media profiles and posts for maximum visibility and lead capture.
- Engage with online communities and groups related to weight loss, fitness, and health, building a strong presence and rapport with potential clients.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align organic strategies with overall business goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
-Monitor and analyze engagement metrics, adjusting strategies to maximize lead generation effectiveness.
-Stay up-to-date with trends and algorithm changes on social media platforms to ensure optimal performance of campaigns.
Skills and experience that would be ideal for this job include:
- Proven experience in organic lead generation and content creation in the health, fitness, or weight loss industry.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and think creatively to find non-paid lead generation opportunities.
-Familiarity with SEO, hashtags, and trending content strategies for social media.

We would like to clarify that the budget we have mentioned is temporary. Our main focus is to work on a Lead Generation model, specifically for leads that are highly relevant to our domain. Any irrelevant or scrap leads will be excluded.
For the lead generation efforts, the cost per lead is targeted at INR 100/- per lead. Any SEO or SEM work required to support this will be billed separately, either on a monthly or one-time basis, depending on what is most suitable for the scope of work.
