Bilingual Portuguese/English Customer Service Representative Needed

I am seeking a dedicated, bilingual Brazilian Portuguese-American English customer service professional for my online multiservices company. The role involves interacting with customers, addressing their inquiries, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers primarily via Instagram, but also on Facebook and Whatsapp
- Providing information about our products/services
- Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions
- Scheduling appointments as required

Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday 1pm-5pm
- Friday 8am-12pm (Chicago Central Time)

Requirements:
- Fluency in Portuguese with an intermediate level of English
- A minimum of 5 years customer service experience
- Proficiency in managing Instagram, Facebook, and Whatsapp
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a true 'people person'
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment

Inquiries:
- The majority of customer inquiries will be received through Instagram, with others coming from Facebook and Whatsapp.

Payment:
- Bi-weekly payments for a duration of 1 year.
