I am looking for a marketing manager that will earn the more business they creaate. There will be no cap as we believe that marketing rewards should not be limited and also that the right person is willing to put their money where their mouth is.
I want our Marketing Manager to be UK based, so they understand the UK Market. Experience in food and retail would be beneficial.
We are currently in the process of relaunching our website - previous candidate from here let us down and created what could have been the downfall of my company.

The ideal candidate will present to me their plans and ideas in a zoom meeting before agreeing to be taken on.
The candidate will be responsible for all forms of marketing: google, social media and email, for which they will receive % of the business they bring in.
