BFCM marketing help

I am looking for someone to help me with my Black Friday/Cyber Monday marketing campaign this year. The specific assistance I need involves email marketing, social media posts and paid advertising. My goal for this campaign is to increase sales and subscribers. This individual would need to have extensive knowledge and experience in email marketing, FB retargeting ads and should be able to create a comprehensive plan to help reach this goal. They will also need to be familiar with industry trends in the hiking industry and look for ways to customize the campaign for my target audience.
